Who can join the representation?

Individuals who were and are directly impacted by October 7 atrocities - survivors, hostages, those who were murdered and their families.

Our victim-centered, legal and strategic representation, against Hamas and their accomplices, is at the forefront to bring about recognition of the truth and justice for the immediate victims of the October 7 atrocities.

If you or your loved ones have been directly affected, you are welcome to contact us, without any obligation and at no cost to you, for information on how to join the unique strategic litigation we developed.

We bring decades of hands-on experience in representing victims of atrocities, in investigations, and in bringing perpetrators to justice, worldwide.

Our partners are experts in their domestic laws, experts on Hamas and Islamic Jihad, seasoned researchers, and the best legal minds, for the benefit of a simple and necessary human goal:
Truth, justice, reparations and never again. These are the "October Trials" because justice has the power to restore and help rebuild.

Common questions:

Why is our expert legal representation needed?

The State cannot represent the victims. Governments and prosecutors act on behalf of the public interest, not the individual. Victims need their own lawyers to make their voices heard, protect their interests and claim their rights, in Israel and before international courts.

1. The Right to Truth. Those affected are entitled to information from Israeli authorities about what happened to them and their loved ones. We make sure they receive it.

2. The Right to Justice. Survivors and families deserve the best possible representation in criminal and civil proceedings, before international and domestic courts. Our attorneys bring decades of expertise and professional integrity to ensure fair trials in Israel, The Hague, Germany, France, the UK, the US and other jurisdictions.

3. A victim-centered approach. Our legal work is trauma-aware and supported by a network of civil society partners, in Israel and internationally, including grassroots organizations.

4. Evidence that holds up in court. We collect, preserve and analyze evidence, and channel it to legal cases worldwide. We investigate directly at crime scenes and alongside the victims we represent.

5. The Rights to Reparations and Non-recurrence. We work for the recognition of victims' truth and the full exercise of their rights: reparations for the harm done, and accountability so those responsible can never commit these atrocities again. Never again.

What does the process look like? What will I be required to do?
