OCTOBER 7 JUSTICE - WITHOUT BORDERS (O7J) is a public benefit lawfirm, established with the aim of leading a unique legal front for criminal, civil, corporate accountability of perpetrators and accessories to the October 7th atrocities, constituting crimes against humanity, war crimes, terrorism and genocide- core international crimes we bring 20+ years experience in different atrocity settings from former Yugoslavia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Ukraine and more- HOME. All, on behalf of hundreds of direct victims, through pro bono nad not-for-profit legal representation, in exercising their rights to TRUTH, JUSTICE, REPARATIONS and NON-REPETITION using the power of law in a hybrid warfare still on-going.

We provide direct legal representation to victims, free of charge, including survivors, families of missing persons, kidnapped and murdered people.
Our goal is to bring the perpetrators and their accomplices to justice, and to bring justice to the direct victims. Our work will serve future generations, because justice has a reconciling power. We are building the "October Trials" on the basis of the legacy of the Nuremberg, Eichmann, and other trials. We are leading an offensive legal front, building an evidentiary infrastructure to substantiate the proceedings, and directly representing over 400 victims, with representation tailored to their unique needs.
We act out of a deep commitment to justice, truth and recognition, and to bringing the perpetrators of the atrocities and their accomplices to justice, because we must act to stop ongoing crimes and release the kidnapped, and to seriously damage the terrorist infrastructure that enabled and enables the atrocities to be committed. Justice, not bloodshed. We cannot move on to the agenda. There are over 50,000 direct victims, of whom about 17,000 are children, and there were about 330,000 displaced persons, many of whom are still displaced from their homes, and rebuilding is taking place in justice.
Our dedicated team includes expert lawyers in the field of international law, researchers from intelligence and state services, as well as documenters and field workers - survivors. Our partners in Israel and around the world come from the worlds of sexual and gender crimes during conflict, health and mental health, lawyers who are well-versed in their country's law - in tort law, criminal law, commercial law (corporate liability in financing terrorism, in aiding and abetting atrocities), experts in terrorist organizations and financing, and more.
In every jurisdiction, we have built partnerships and are trusted by international prosecutors and investigators, based on years of familiarity with our work. We work with UN human rights mechanisms, international investigators, and courts to bring the voices of victims and their communities to justice - according to the Nuremberg and Eichmann legal model, for victims and generations, to bring the wrongdoers to justice - in favor of the "October Trials."
O7J is an independent and apolitical body, operating out of a sense of universal responsibility, and relying exclusively on philanthropic donations, while joining with partners committed to the universal values of justice, truth, and human rights. Justice without borders, in the name of unconditional humanity.
