Today, we continue our fight for accountability.
On behalf of U.S. and non-U.S. citizen victims of October 7, including our clients, and in partnership with MM~Law, with litigation led by Amini LLC, we are pursuing civil litigation concerning genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity—including sexual violence and torture—committed as part of the widespread and systematic attack against civilians on and since October 7, 2023.
These are among the gravest crimes under international law. They are crimes for which States have obligations to investigate and, where applicable, prosecute or extradite. The United Nations itself has recognized that such crimes can constitute a threat to international peace and security.
It is unthinkable that a UN program could invoke immunity to shield conduct that is alleged to involve precisely the kinds of grave international crimes the international system was established to prevent.

We will continue to build accountability and recognition for the atrocities of October 7—pro bono, case by case, on behalf of direct victims.
